The 5-point structural connecting rod further enhances this stability, distributing clamping pressure evenly across the $730 \times 610$ or $730 \times 800$ plate surfaces. This mechanical robustness is controlled by a sophisticated microcomputer-based PLC system that monitors over 100 parameters in real-time. For instance, when processing BOPS (Biaxially Oriented Polystyrene), the machine must balance extreme clarity with brittle material properties. The PLC coordinates the high-speed servo feeding (ensuring zero-tension material entry) with the precise temperature control of the four-stage furnace. This synchronization ensures that the material is at its peak forming state exactly when the mold closes. The integration extends to the punching and cutting stations, where servo motors ensure that holes for ventilated fruit boxes or hinges for connected-body containers are positioned with sub-millimeter precision. This level of automation significantly reduces the technical dependency on highly skilled operators, as the "90-set data memory" allows for standardized production regardless of who is operating the machine.
