The RSE-130-1000 inclined single-layer plastic sheet extruder unit consists of an extruder, calender, haul-off unit, winder, and electrical control cabinet. This integrated mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical design ensures high-quality sheet production, ensuring uniform mixing and plasticizing of thin sheets. It meets various production requirements. All machine components are from renowned domestic and international brands, ensuring high efficiency and stability throughout the entire production process.
It is suitable for extruding plastic sheets such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), and polyethylene (PE). The formed plastic sheets are used to make thermoformed packaging containers such as plastic trays, beverage cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, lids, plates, fruit boxes, and other printed products.
