RSC-800-500 Full Servo Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine

RSC-800-500 is a new-generation full servo plastic cup thermoforming machine. It adopts internationally advanced plastic sheet forming technology and is a plastic sheet forming equipment integrating mechanical, pneumatic and electrical design. It can automatically complete all processes including loading, feeding, heating, forming and cutting. Compared with hydraulic drive, this machine features more stable forming, higher speed and cleaner production.
It is suitable for processing various materials, such as A-PET, R-PET, C-PET, BOPS, HIPS, PP, PLA, PVC and barrier materials, and is applicable to the production of various plastic products including beverage cups, coffee cups, milk cups, water cups, bowls and boxes.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

1. High degree of standardization, complete functions, safe, efficient, energy-saving and hygienic.
2. It integrates machinery, pneumatics and electricity, and is controlled by a microcomputer and a programmable controller (PLC).
3. It is equipped with an easy-to-operate human-machine interface and has a remote connection function.
4. It adopts electric lifting and double-station large-diameter unwinding, enabling a single person to load coils weighing up to 600KG.
5. It adopts servo feeding with stepless adjustment of sheet length, featuring high speed, high accuracy and good stability.
6. The upper and lower electric heating furnaces adopt 6-7 heating stages and protection, which reduces the impact of air convection on temperature and ensures stable product molding. It only takes 3 minutes to heat from 0 to 400 degrees, improving production efficiency. The electric heating furnace can be automatically removed.
7. The quick mold change system can change molds conveniently, quickly, accurately and safely, reduce machine downtime, reduce labor waste and improve production efficiency.
8. Mold opening and closing are driven by a servo motor, featuring high precision, low wear, fast speed and low noise. Each station is supported by four columns and combined with a five-point structural connecting rod, ensuring good stability.
9. Positive pressure forming ensures uniform thickness, full shapes and sharp corners of products.
10. The chain frame is designed with fast cooling and wear resistance.
11. The cup blowing system is equipped with adjustable blowing angle and air volume.
12. A servo motor chain drive automatically extends the track to prevent sheet sagging, ensuring stable, precise and smooth sheet feeding.
13. Combined with an edge material winding device, the entire production process is clean, free of burrs and waste.
14. The electrical cabinet is designed to be simple and neat, which simplifies the machine assembly and wiring installation process.
