INTRODUCTION

RSE-110-1000 Plastic Sheet Extruder

The RSE-110-1000 plastic sheet extruder, composed of an extruder, calender, haul-off, winder and electrical control cabinet, adopts an integrated mechanical, pneumatic and electrical design. It is specially designed for producing high-quality thin sheets that require high plasticization and uniform mixing, which can meet various production demands. All components of the machine are selected from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring high efficiency and stability throughout the entire production process.

It is suitable for extruding plastic sheets made of polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE). The formed plastic sheets are used to produce thermoformed packaging containers, such as plastic trays, beverage cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, lids, plates and fruit boxes, as well as printed products.

4. Major components, including the screw, barrel, screen changer and die head, are made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMOAIA) and undergo nitriding treatment, featuring high hardness, corrosion resistance and long service life.

5. The optimized screw design with a large aspect ratio ensures uniform plasticization, excellent mixing effect and high production capacity.

6. The extruder frame is made of square steel, which ensures stable high-speed operation and continuous production without downtime.

7. The extruder motor is directly connected to the gearbox, which effectively improves production efficiency.

8. The screen changer adopts a hydraulic dual-screen mechanism, which avoids downtime during screen replacement, featuring convenient operation and improved production efficiency.

9. The calendering, pulling and winding sections (including waste edge winding) of the machine adopt a separate design, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install and debug.

10. The inner liner of the calendering roller is designed with spiral grooves, which achieves excellent cooling effect and enhanced rigidity.

11. The calendering roller can be optionally equipped with an independent temperature control system to meet various process requirements.

12. Optional gantry and flip-type winding machines are available, and multi-station customization is also supported.
