INTRODUCTION

RSE-120-1000 Inclined Single-Layer Plastic Sheet Extruder Unit

The RSE-120-1000 inclined single-layer plastic sheet extruder unit is composed of an extruder, calender, haul-off unit, winder and electrical control cabinet. Its integrated mechanical, pneumatic and electrical design ensures high-quality sheet production, guaranteeing uniform mixing and plasticization of thin sheets and meeting various production requirements. All components of the machine are selected from renowned domestic and international brands, ensuring high efficiency and stability throughout the entire production process.

It is suitable for extruding plastic sheets made of polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE). The formed plastic sheets are used to produce thermoformed packaging containers, such as plastic trays, beverage cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, lids, plates, fruit boxes, as well as other printed products.

6. The extruder frame is made of square steel, which ensures stable high-speed operation and continuous production without downtime.

7. The extruder motor is directly connected to the gearbox, effectively improving production efficiency.

8. The screen changer adopts a hydraulic dual-screen mechanism, which eliminates the need to stop the machine for screen changes, providing convenient operation and enhanced production efficiency.

9. The machine's calendering, pulling, and winding sections (including waste edge winding) adopt a separate design, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install and debug.

10. The inner liner of the calendering roller is designed with spiral grooves, providing excellent cooling effect and enhanced rigidity.

11. The calendering roller can be optionally equipped with an independent temperature control system to meet diverse process requirements.

12. Optional gantry and flip-type winding machines are available, and multi-station customization is also supported.
